Tumaas ng 8 porsyento ang oil shipment sa bansa ngayong taon.

Ayon kay Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno, umabot na sa higit 4 na milyong metriko tonelada ang shipment ng mga produktong petrolyo sa bansa mula Enero hanggang 20 Marso.

Marcos quizzed: ‘Who bears crisis?’

Kung dami lamang ang pagbabatayan, sinabi ni Nepomuceno na wala pang nararanasang krisis sa langis.

Iginiit naman ng Malacañang kahapon na wala pang krisis sa langis, kundi pansamantalang pagtaas ng presyo lamang na dulot ng kaguluhan sa Gitnang Silangan.

Nauna nang iniulat ng Department of Energy na sapat pa ang suplay ng langis sa Pilipinas hanggang Abril 15.
