More than P1 million worth of suspected shabu was seized following the arrest of a newly identified high-value drug personality during a predawn buy-bust operation at a public transport terminal in Muntinlupa City early Saturday morning.
The suspect, identified as Christopher, also known as Kuya Dan, 49, was arrested at around 2:10 AM on 28 February 2026 at the Old City Terminal, Barangay Alabang.
He is classified as a high-value individual/newly identified drug personality and was apprehended for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Authorities recovered five heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing approximately 207.25 grams, with an estimated standard drug price value of P1,409,300.
Also seized during the operation were two P1,000 peso bills used as buy-bust money, and black sling bag used by the suspect to carry the illegal drugs. All recovered items were properly marked and inventoried at the scene.
The suspect was immediately brought to the station drug enforcement unit office for documentation and investigation prior to the filing of appropriate criminal complaints.
