Filinvest Hospitality, the hospitality arm of the Filinvest Group, is set to accelerate the growth of its flagship brands—Crimson Hotels & Resorts, Quest Hotels & Resorts, and Grafik Hotel Collection—while expanding into key leisure and business hubs under its new leadership.

The company announced on Friday that Francis Gotianun has been appointed chief executive officer, and James Montenegro named president and chief operating officer, as the group pushes to scale operations and enhance its portfolio.

“The leadership transition reflects Filinvest Hospitality’s commitment to sustained growth, operational excellence, and the continued evolution of its portfolio of hotels, resorts, and destination experiences across the country,” the company said.

Aside from hotels, the group operates a range of restaurants, including Enye by Chele Gonzalez, recognized by the Michelin Guide; Aka by Naoki Eguchi; Azure Beach Club; Saffron Café; Rare Bar & Grill; Puso Bistro & Bar; and Mosaic Latin Grill, named Best Restaurant on the island at the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2026.

Homegrown concepts include Baker J, Firehouse Pizza, and Alibi Lounge & Bar.

Filinvest Hospitality also manages lifestyle and leisure destinations such as Mimosa Plus Golf Course in Clark, Aum Spa within its Crimson properties, and Timberland Mountain Bike Park in Rizal, signaling a broader push into wellness and experiential travel.
