The Manila Hotel is elevating the guest experience with new amenities, dining perks and family-friendly offerings that blend heritage with modern comfort.
Known as the “Grand Dame of the Philippines,” the hotel recently unveiled new carpeting throughout its Main Building, refreshing its interiors while preserving its classic aesthetic. The update aims to create a softer and more inviting ambiance for guests navigating its halls and rooms.
Guests who book the best available rate directly through the hotel’s website or reservation officers are now entitled to a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, replenished daily. The added perk is part of the hotel’s push to elevate the overall stay experience.
Checked-in guests are also granted a 20-percent discount across most of the hotel’s dining outlets and at The Manila Hotel Spa. The offer covers establishments such as Café Ilang-Ilang, Champagne Room, Red Jade, Lobby Lounge, Tap Room and Pool Bar, extending added value to in-house patrons.
To improve accessibility for visitors, the hotel provides complimentary daily scheduled transfers to SM Mall of Asia and Robinsons Place Manila, allowing guests convenient access to shopping and entertainment destinations.
Families are likewise being catered to through the Sunday Kiddie Culinary classes at Café Ilang-Ilang, where children aged 5 to 12 can participate in pizza-making or cupcake-decorating sessions under the guidance of the hotel’s chefs. The activity is available to junior guests who avail of the Sunday lunch buffet.
“At The Manila Hotel, we aim to provide more than just a room. We offer a legacy of service and a gateway to the best of Filipino hospitality. We invite our guests to fully immerse themselves in the luxury, comfort, and thoughtful touches that make their stay with us unforgettable,” Marvin Kim Tan, vice president for sales and marketing of The Manila Hotel, said.
Located beside Kilometer Zero and within walking distance of Rizal Park, Intramuros and the National Museums, The Manila Hotel has been a fixture of Philippine hospitality since 1912. With more than 500 rooms, multiple ballrooms and function spaces, six dining outlets and wellness facilities, the hotel continues to position itself as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.
