PLDT Enterprise has secured a Silver Anvil at the 61st Anvil Awards, earning recognition for its influencer-led digital series ROI’d to Success, a campaign aimed at accelerating digital adoption among Philippine enterprises.
The award was conferred under the Public Relations Programs — Best Use of Influencer Marketing category, highlighting the growing role of peer-driven storytelling in promoting technology adoption, particularly among micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Launched in 2024, ROI’d to Success presents real-life business case studies that translate technology investments into measurable outcomes. The campaign features entrepreneurs and business leaders sharing first-hand experiences on how digital solutions helped improve operations, expand markets, and strengthen competitiveness.
Hosted by broadcast journalist Karen Davila and amplified through influencer collaborations and Hustleshare’s podcast platform, the series was designed to make digital transformation more accessible and grounded in everyday business realities. Over time, it expanded from long-form videos into podcasts and short-form digital content to reach enterprises across multiple online platforms.
Since its launch, the series has featured businesses across sectors and sizes, including NOMAD Coffee Philippines, L.A. Bakeshop, Sta. Ana Healthcare Plus Corporation, Cake2Go, Northeast Business Solutions Inc., Agri Exim Global Philippines Inc., Doublesquare Networks Inc., Hotel Casiana and NYXSYS Philippines Inc., illustrating how digital tools can drive growth regardless of scale.
“ROI’d to Success is a testament to how we put our customers at the heart of every story,” first vice president and head of brand management at PLDT Enterprise Julie Carceller said.
“By giving entrepreneurs a platform to share how our digital solutions have accelerated their growth, we’ve shown that technology is about creating tangible impact, driving real business results, enhancing efficiency, and helping entrepreneurs scale with confidence,” she added.
Industry recognition for digital innovation
The Anvil Awards are organized annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, and are considered the country’s highest recognition for excellence in public relations, honoring programs that demonstrate strong research, execution, and measurable impact.
In the same awards cycle, VITRO Inc. received a Gold Anvil for the launch of VITRO Santa Rosa, its AI-ready hyperscale data center, underscoring the PLDT Group’s parallel push to strengthen digital infrastructure while promoting digital adoption.
