The local government of Valenzuela City has begun accepting applications for the Dr. Pio Valenzuela Scholarship Program, aimed at supporting incoming first-year college students for the upcoming academic year.
The application period opened 29 January and will run through 20 March. Qualifying examinations are scheduled for 12 April.
The program provides financial assistance to underprivileged Grade 12 students. To be eligible, applicants’ parents must have an annual gross income not exceeding P120,000, as verified by 2024 income tax returns.
