Maxim Rides & Food Delivery has opened a new office in Puerto Princesa as the company expands its network of driver-partners and customers in the city.
More than 30 driver-partners joined the opening, along with guests and visitors. The turnout showed the steady growth of Maxim’s local community and the need for on-the-ground support.
The company said the office will serve as a place where driver-partners can raise concerns, fix account issues, and get guidance directly from the local team.
Ryan Lagan, head of Maxim Puerto Princesa, said having a physical office allows drivers to deal with concerns face to face and improves day-to-day coordination.
Maxim continues to offer delivery services in the city with starting rates of P50, aimed at daily errands and short-distance deliveries.
The platform allows drivers to earn using their own vehicles, while customers get access to flexible transport and delivery options.
Maxim is among the first ride-hailing platforms to set up a physical office in Puerto Princesa. The office is located at 210 SJD Center, Barangay San Pedro.
Maxim launched in the Philippines in 2020, starting in Cebu, and now operates in 20 cities nationwide.
