Carried by BRP Teresa Magbanha, 15 Filipino crew members who survived the capsizing of the Singaporean-flagged cargo ship M/V Devon Bay arrive at Pier 13 in Port Area, Manila on early Monday, 26 January 2026, along with the remains of two crew members recovered at sea.
The vessel capsized near Scarborough Shoal in the West Philippine Sea on 22 January. Survivors were rescued by the China Coast Guard, while search and recovery operations continue for four crew members who remain missing.
