

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is offering 28 Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) from January to June 2026.
UPOU announced on Facebook that these self-paced courses are free and provide 16-hour e-certificates upon completion, which can be included in resumes.
Four new courses have been added this term, covering Practical Home Behavior Management for Children with Special Needs, Data Annotation for Aspiring BPO Professionals, Climate Information Services, and Internalizing Behaviors among Children and Practical Home Support
The courses are open to anyone interested in learning, and e-certificates are awarded upon completion.
