Sinuspinde ng administrasyon ni U.S. President Donald Trump ang pagproseso ng immigrant visa applications mula sa 75 bansa.
Ayon sa opisyal, magiging epektibo ang suspensyon simula 21 Enero 2026, bilang bahagi ng mas mahigpit na polisiya sa imigrasyon ng Estados Unidos.
Kabilang sa mga bansang apektado ang Somalia, Iran, Russia, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Yemen, Thailand, at Brazil.
Hindi saklaw ng suspensyon ang mga visitor visa, tulad ng tourist at business visa, gayundin ang student visa.
