The U.S. Embassy in Manila will hold outreach events in Angeles City and Olongapo City from 15 to 16 January, offering American citizens a range of in-person consular and federal services.

The initiative is being conducted in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration, through its Federal Benefits Unit.

In Angeles City, services will be available at the Clark Marriott Hotel on Thursday, 15 January, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with sign-ups beginning at 6:30 a.m. Participating offices include American Citizen Services (ACS), the VA Regional Office, and the SSA.

In Olongapo City, the outreach will be held at Le Charmé Suites on Friday, 16 January, during the same hours. ACS and SSA staff will be present to assist attendees.

All services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants are advised to arrive early. Available services include passport and citizenship applications, notarial services, Social Security inquiries, and guidance on VA benefits, which will be offered in Angeles City only.

Applicants are required to bring original documents, photocopies, and passport photos if applicable. Payment for ACS services must be made in exact Philippine pesos, with fees ranging from P3,000 for notarial services to P9,900 for adult passport applications. Applicants for Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA) must register through the eCRBA system before attending.

For planning purposes, attendees are encouraged to complete a brief online survey to indicate the services they intend to access.
