Consumers and businesses can now report anti‑competitive practices directly to the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) through a new online system, making it easier to protect fair market competition.

The antitrust body said Monday that it opened its case reporting system to the public to allow citizens to submit reports of potential anti‑competitive practices via the PCC website.

Developed with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency since April 2024, the system streamlines the reporting process by enabling users to upload documents and submit cases online securely. This replaces the previous multi-step procedure that required staff interventions.

“This system empowers the public to take part in safeguarding competition. By making reporting faster, simpler, and more secure, we are strengthening our collective effort to ensure fair markets for all,” PCC Chairperson Michael Aguinaldo said.

The system can be accessed at https://ccms.phcc.gov.ph.

The PCC is mandated to enforce the Philippine Competition Act, which prohibits anti‑competitive practices, abuse of dominance, and anti‑competitive mergers.
