QUEZON CITY — The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) announced the arrest of four individuals in connection with a shooting incident that injured a Nigerian national on 13 December 2025.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his left knee after two motorcycles carrying the suspects fired at him around 3:15 p.m. along Dr. Garcia Avenue corner Quezon Avenue in Barangay Paligsahan.
In a follow-up operation, units from the QCPD Kamuning Police Station (PS-10), District Intelligence Division (DID), District Special Operations Unit (DSOU), Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU), Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), and Manila Police District Police Station 7 apprehended the suspects at 2143 Batangas Dulo Chapel, Barangay 221, Zone 21, District II, Tondo, Manila.
Those arrested include individuals identified as “Bryan,” “Rodrigo,” “Reynold,” and a female child in conflict with the law (CICL).
The police said the investigation is ongoing, and authorities are coordinating with relevant units for further proceedings.
