Cloudy skies forecast over Metro Manila
PAGASA warns potential weather disturbance may affect Christmas week.
LOW-LYING dark clouds hovered over Metro Manila on Tuesday, as seen from Quezon City. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said a potential weather disturbance could affect parts of the country during Christmas week, from 19 to 25 December 2025. The disturbance is linked to a tropical cyclone vortex expected to emerge over the southeastern section of the Philippine area of responsibility.
