Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta set to come back to New Clark City in February 2026

PIHABF founder and organizer Capt. Jose Mari “Joy” Roa said drone soccer will be among the featured events at the annual festival, scheduled for 13–15 February 2026, at New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac. Other attractions include hot air balloon rides, paragliding, drone racing competitions, paper plane battles, recreational aircraft demonstrations, and kite shows.
