With its first-ever “Life Space” at The Podium Mall in Mandaluyong City, SM Residences’ premium Signature Series is bringing urban sophistication to life. This 300-sq.m. haven where design meets function and daily living becomes an experience.

Crafted by Lor Calma & Partners, the creative geniuses behind The Mind Museum, the Freedom Memorial Museum in UP Diliman, and the National Museum’s renovation, the Signature Life Space is a masterclass in careful design.

“We call it a ‘Life Space’ because it’s designed to show people what thoughtful living feels like,” Jessica Sy, vice president and head of Design, Innovation and Strategy at SM Prime, said. “The materials come together in a balanced way that inspires a more considered, more refined approach to everyday life.”

A harmonized color scheme of warm browns, cool grays and deep blacks in wood, marble and metal finishes greets guests as they go around the gallery. Ambient lighting puts subtle accents on commissioned artworks by Reg Yuson and Lui Gonzales, providing depth and individuality to every space.

The area is intended for exploration as well as connection. Inviting seating areas, quiet nooks, private conference rooms and a bar create natural pockets for conversation, interaction, or simply savoring a moment of calm amid the city’s activity.

“From here, we plan to open another Life Space in Susana Heights, with a target launch by first quarter of next year. It will be a special one because visitors can experience the natural charm of the estate firsthand,” Sy added, hinting at what’s next for the Signature Series experience.

The relaunch of the Susana Heights estate is the first project in the Signature Series pipeline. Located in Muntinlupa City, the 284-hectare estate will be developed into a premium, sustainable community backed by a P25-billion initial investment. The estate development will be home to a network of residential clusters, lifestyle and civic spaces and commercial hubs.

As an initial offering, Signature Series will be marketing the SM group’s treasury inventory in the existing Susana Heights Village. Build-ready residential lots ranging from 500 sq.m. to 900 sq.m., complemented with improved and new amenities and infrastructure enhancements within the estate. 

Soon following the reintroduction of Susana Heights Village, a new low-density luxury residential village will be launched inside the estate as a flagship project under the Signature Series brand. 

Designed from the ground up, the new development will feature lots ranging from 700 to 1,100 sq.m.l at 6.5 lots per hectare, complemented by a five-kilometer greenway loop, and country-club-inspired amenities.
