SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — The ACEA Subic Beach Resort has begun construction of its ACEA Cove Villas on San Bernardino Road in this Freeport on 26 November 2025.
According to ACEA Subic Resort Chair Rommel Sytin, the groundbreaking ceremony ushers in a new era of homegrown hospitality.
“Rising within its expansive four-hectare property, this latest development reinforces ACEA as Subic’s premier destination and the first and only Filipino hospitality brand of its kind in the area,” he said.
The ACEA Cove Villas is envisioned as a sanctuary where greenery, comfort, and elevated experiences come together.
The development will feature 60 exclusive villas offering privacy, tranquility, and “a distinctly Filipino warmth that ACEA has long been known for.”
“Today marks a new chapter in ACEA Subic Beach Resort’s story of growth, innovation, and hospitality,” Sytin said.
The ACEA Cove Villas aims to bring guests closer to nature, with Mt. Cinco Picos welcoming visitors during their stay.
The villas will feature serene infinity pools, crystal-clear waters, and a dining area positioned for beachfront sunset dinners. Each villa and suite is designed to foster relaxation, connection, and memorable experiences.
A key highlight of the project is its three-storey Clubhouse, which will serve as a hub for leisure and wellness.
The upper floor will house the lobby, reception, buffet area, and dining spaces offering panoramic views.
The lower floor will include The View Café, a gym promoting balance and well-being, and a game room featuring classic favorites such as billiards and darts.
Additional amenities will include a virtual golf room offering an immersive, weather-proof experience for guests of all ages and skill levels.
The Clubhouse will also feature modern KTV rooms and a versatile events hall, positioning ACEA Cove Villas as a complete destination for recreation, celebrations, and relaxation.
“With its premium facilities, breathtaking views, and commitment to Filipino hospitality, ACEA Cove Villas is set to strengthen ACEA’s reputation as Subic’s premier leisure destination,” Sytin said. “Once again, this is ACEA Cove Villas—where play, connection, and relaxation come together in style.”
