A real estate expo showcased P500 million worth of housing projects targeted toward the 151,000 workers of the Clark Freeport Zone.

The Real Estate Construct & Furnishing Expo gathered Clark Freeport investors seeking to expand housing options and job opportunities for Freeport workers. The event was held from 22 to 23 November 2025 at the SMX Clark Convention Center.

Organized by City Clark Production, officials Krizia Tranquilino and Roderick Salunga reported that P500 million worth of housing projects were presented during the expo.

Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, together with CDC Chairman Atty. Edgardo Pamintuan and other officials, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony. She stressed that housing is a fundamental component of workforce stability and economic development.

“Accessible housing is not just a house—it is a home for all of us,” Devanadera said.

“Clark has 151,000 workers and 1,350 locators. They have the purchasing power to invest in homes they can call their own,” she added.

Devanadera also cited Pampanga’s one percent poverty rate — among the lowest in the Philippines — as an indicator of consumer demand.

The expo featured housing developments across Pampanga and nearby localities, including Angeles, Mabalacat, Capas, Bamban, Porac and Bataan. Other participating industries included banks, home supplies, furniture, CCTV and home security systems, and local handicrafts.

CDC said it plans to collaborate with developers and Clark locators to create employee housing programs and continue hosting real estate expos to sustain growth in the property sector.
