NutriAsia, the maker of some of the country’s most popular condiments and sauces, took home three major recognitions at the 2025 Panata Awards held on 14 November at Fairmont Makati.
The company’s digital-to-retail shopper engagement program “Shop N’ Snap” won the Gold Award for Innovative Execution Through Mobile, after earning praise for using mobile gamification to boost in-store interaction nationwide. The campaign transformed a routine grocery trip into a reward-driven game that increased both trial and repeat purchases across NutriAsia’s brand portfolio.
Meanwhile, UFC Overload, the company’s ready-to-use all-purpose sauce line launched in 2024, garnered two Silver Awards: Best Showcase for Integrated Marketing Communication and Best Showcase for Disruptive Creatives.
UFC Overload’s “Eats-All-Purpose” positioning and multi-channel marketing push — from viral social challenges and influencer tie-ins to eye-catching outdoor materials and supermarket activations — resonated strongly with Gen Z and millennial food lovers.
Representing the campaign teams on stage during the awarding were Marion Carlos (junior assistant media manager), Rosalin Conaco (senior media and corporate marketing manager), and Madz Javier (senior consumer engagement manager).
“This recognition is a testament to how Filipino creativity, powered by technology and deep consumer understanding, can create real impact both in-store and online,” said James Lim, senior group category head for Corporate Marketing and Communications. “Shop N’ Snap and UFC Overload are perfect examples of how NutriAsia continues to innovate to stay relevant and loved by Filipino consumers everywhere.”
The Panata Awards, organized by the Philippine Association of National Advertisers, is the country’s longest-running recognition program honoring brand-building excellence and marketing effectiveness.
