The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reports that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is currently affecting Palawan and Mindanao, while the Northeast Monsoon influences Northern Luzon. Easterly winds continue to affect the rest of the country.

Residents in Mindanao and Palawan should prepare for cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, with the possibility of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rainfall. Similarly, Cagayan and Isabela will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms, as the shear line continues to affect the region, raising the risk of flooding and landslides.

In Eastern Visayas, the Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected, also bringing possible flash floods or landslides.

Northern areas including the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains under the influence of the Northeast Monsoon, with no significant impact expected.

For Metro Manila and other parts of the country, expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Residents are advised to stay alert for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Winds and coastal conditions will vary across the archipelago. The northern and western sections of Luzon will experience moderate to strong northeast winds with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 3.5 meters). The eastern coast of Mindanao will see light to moderate northeast to north winds with slight to moderate coastal waters (0.6 to 2.1 meters). The rest of the country will have light to moderate east to northeast winds.

Authorities advise residents, especially those in high-risk areas, to monitor weather updates and exercise caution during heavy rainfall.
