Sinigurado ni Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco sa mga residente ng Negros na hindi sila papabayaan sa kabila ng pinsalang dulot ng mga nagdaang bagyong Tino at Uwan, ito ay dahil sa paghahatid ng P95 milyong tulong pinansyal mula sa pamahalaan.
Ito ay kasunod ng direktiba ng Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., at ito ay pinangunahan ni Frasco katuwang si Education Secretary Sonny Angara sa relief operations para sa mga apektadong komunidad.
Ayon sa presidential assistance fund, P50 milyon ang ipapamahagi sa probinsya ng Negros Occidental, habang P10 milyon bawat isa sa La Carlota City, La Castellana, at Moises Padilla at P5 milyon sa mga bayan ng Binalbagan, Isabela, at Hinigaran.
Pinangunahan din ng ahensya ang pamamahagi ng family food packs, family kits, at hygiene kits mula sa Department of Social Worker and Development sa bawat evacuation centers.
