According to the situational report from the Aurora PDRRMC, a total of 4,043 families, or 12,866 individuals, were evacuated from coastal communities and other danger zones in the province.
No casualties have been reported as of noon on 9 November 2025.
Most major road networks remain passable, except for a portion of the Baler–Casiguran Road (Brgy. Gupa–Brgy. Ditale), which was temporarily closed due to fallen debris and storm surges. Clearing operations are ongoing through the Aurora District Engineering Office and the MDRRMO Dipaculao. Barricades have been placed in high-risk areas to ensure motorist safety.
Power outages were recorded in the towns of Dinalungan, Casiguran, and Dilasag, though water and communication lines remain functional in most municipalities.
The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) has already distributed OCD hygiene kits and relief goods to Baler, Dipaculao, Maria Aurora, and San Luis. Meanwhile, the Provincial DOH Office continues to monitor the health of evacuees and provide medical services to internally displaced persons.
The Aurora Emergency Operations Center has suspended public transportation in and out of the province due to continuous strong winds and heavy rainfall.
The Provincial Government also reminded the public that the liquor ban under Provincial Ordinance No. 221, series of 2015, remains in effect to maintain order during disaster response operations.
Authorities are urging residents to remain indoors, avoid unnecessary travel, and monitor official announcements from PAGASA and their respective LGUs.
