Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Chairman, Retired Judge Felix Reyes, is planning to introduce more games, including the launch of Lotto Bilyonaryo.
“Well, I plan to add more games. Actually, it’s my brainchild, and we hope to launch Lotto Bilyonaryo,” Reyes said in an interview with the DAILY TRIBUNE for the Pairfect episode on 31 October.
He explained that his vision is for a game where a P100 bet could win an initial jackpot of P1 billion, patterned after the Powerball and Mega Millions in the United States.
“And I think we will earn more. Whenever we earn more, we will be able to do more charity work and help more people,” he added.
The PCSO is known for its charity programs, including medical assistance, financial aid initiatives, and Charitimba, a food assistance program.
Reyes is looking forward to launching Lotto Bilyonaryo during the Christmas season this December or early next year, noting that many people — especially Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) — are eagerly waiting for it.
