Vista Land bags Golden Arrows for governance, transparency

Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards, receiving two Golden Arrows for its strong governance practices and commitment to transparency.

The award, conferred by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) during ceremonies at Okada Manila, highlights Vista Land’s consistent adherence to global standards of good governance. Chief Financial Officer Brian Edang accepted the recognition on behalf of the company.

The Golden Arrow symbolizes excellence in corporate governance among publicly listed companies that achieve high scores under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard, which evaluates firms on shareholder rights, sustainability, stakeholder relations, transparency, and board effectiveness.

Vista Land said the recognition reflects its ongoing efforts to strengthen sustainability programs, integrate ESG principles across its operations, and maintain timely and transparent disclosures. The company also implements board and management development programs promoting accountability and supports community-based projects focused on sustainable living and livelihood creation.
