Happy birthday, Juan!
Cracks are visible on the Juan Luna y Novicio Monument at the corner of Gen. Luna and Palacio Streets in Intramuros, Manila, coinciding with the 168th birth anniversary of the painter, patriot, and diplomat. The sculpture honors Luna’s enduring legacy as a member of the Propaganda Movement and one of the country’s most celebrated artists.
