Mobility company Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has unveiled the All-New Toyota ATIV, its latest entry in the subcompact sedan category and the company’s most affordable electrified vehicle to date.
The All-New ATIV complements Toyota’s popular Vios lineup and is designed to deliver an “elevATIVe” driving experience through a blend of comfort, technology, and everyday practicality — all backed by Toyota’s hallmark quality, durability, and reliability.
“The All-New Toyota ATIV is another statement of Toyota’s continued mission to bring electrified mobility within reach of more Filipinos,” said Elijah Sue Marcial, TMP First Vice President for Vehicle Sales Operations. “We know choosing your first car, and an electrified model at that, can be a bold decision, so the ATIV makes it simple and easy by delivering modern HEV features, while providing peace of mind with reliability, safety, ease of ownership, and joy of use.”
The new ATIV lineup includes both hybrid and gasoline variants. Leading the range is the 1.5 HEV CVT, powered by a 4-cylinder hybrid electric engine producing a combined output of 111 HP for smooth acceleration and efficient performance. Other models are available with 1.3L and 1.5L gasoline engines paired with either CVT or manual transmissions, balancing fuel economy and power.
Sporting a fastback silhouette and LED lighting, the ATIV boasts a refined and youthful look. The cabin features leather seats (for the HEV variant), a 7-inch digital multi-information display, and a 10.1-inch display audio system with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. With dimensions of 4,425mm in length and 1,740mm in width, the vehicle provides ample space while maintaining city-friendly agility.
Equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), the All-New ATIV offers advanced driver-assistance technologies including a Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Automatic High Beam (HEV variant only). All models come standard with multiple airbags, ABS with Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control, Blind Spot Monitor, and ISOFIX anchors for child seats.
Additional convenience features include an Electronic Parking Brake with Brake Hold, Smart Entry, Push Start, Wireless Charger, and Panoramic View Monitor, depending on the variant.
The All-New Toyota ATIV is available in four variants:
ATIV 1.5 HEV CVT: ₱1,198,000 – ₱1,208,000
ATIV 1.5 G CVT: ₱1,069,000 – ₱1,084,000
ATIV 1.3 E CVT: ₱980,000 – ₱995,000
ATIV 1.3 E M/T: ₱916,000 – ₱931,000
Color options include Gray Metallic, Scarlet SE, Platinum White Pearl, Metal Stream Metallic, and two-tone combinations for the HEV model.
Nationwide retail sales start this October. Toyota will also showcase the All-New ATIV at its public launch from 24 to 26 October at the BGC Amphitheater, Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City.
