QC seals third pact for science-based flood control, resilient infrastructure

Paul Lazarte, and UP Resilience Institute Executive Director Dr. Mahar Lagmay sign a memorandum of agreement between the Quezon City government, the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers–QC Chapter, and the UP Resilience Institute.
