eing an international artist did not deter Beabadoobee from being proud of her Filipino roots.
At her two-nights sold-out concert held at the New Frontier Theater recently, presented by Live Nation Philippines, the Filipino-British went loud and proud of her heritage, something that her fans applauded.
“It’s good to be back home,” Beabadoobee said.
At the electrifying shows, Beabadoobee performed her greatest hits such “Apple Cider,” “Take A Bite” and “Ever Seen,” as well as “The Perfect Pair,” “Coffee,” “Real Man,” “The Way Things Go” and “See You Soon.”
She also took on the classic Original Pilipino Music (OPM) song “Panalangin,” much to the delight of the fans.
At the second night, Beabadoobee welcomed onstage a special guest, Apo Hiking Society’s Jim Paredes.
In 2022, Beabadoobee first visited the Philippines for the Beatopia Tour. She returned to Iloilo the next year to film the music video of “Glue Song.”
