Liza Soberano umaming hiwalay na kay Enrique Gil

Opisyal na kinumpirma ni Liza Soberano ang breakup niya kay Enrique Gil.

Sa interview ni Liza sa “Can You Come in?” ni Sarah Bahbah sa YouTube, unang tinanong ang dalaga tungkol sa love team.

"What a love team is, and this is based on how I feel like other people interpret it, is it's kind of like this fairytale romance that the whole country is in on. It's when they put two actors or ship two actors together and we end up basically becoming career partners," say ni Liza kay Sarah.

Ayon kay Liza, ang love team experience kay Enrique ay isang formative chapter sa kanyang buhay.

 "When I started working with my love team, it was the first time that I truly felt like I wasn't alone. Through my love team, I gained a lifelong best friend, my first love," she explained.

Nang matanong ni Sarah kung may announcement siya na gustong gawin, hindi na nagdalawang isip si Liza.

"Yeah, I've been honestly itching to tell people this because I haven't been very truthful. Quen hasn't been very truthful. Quen and I broke up. We've been broken up for almost three years now, and the reason, well originally the reason why we haven't said anything about it is because Enrique, or Quen, asked me not to say anything about it first," say ng dalaga.

Ipinaliwanag ni Liza kung bakit siya nanahimik at hindi kaagad inamin ang hiwalayan nila ni Enrique.

"I don't want to speak for him, but I think it was coming from a place of not wanting it to be real. At the same time, you know, I agreed to that because I also didn't want it to be real? This is coming from the people pleaser side of me. I was so afraid that if people found out we weren't together anymore, my career would go bad or you know, people just wouldn't love me anymore," she explained.
