P-pop girl group BINI has filed a legal complaint against an unidentified party, their lawyer and DAILY TRIBUNE columnist Joji Alonso seemed to confirm on Thursday night.
Alonso shared a cropped image of the complaint’s first page via Instagram Stories, showing the names of members Gwen, Aiah, Sheena, Mikha, Maloi, Jhoanna, Stacey, and Colet as complainants. She did not provide further details on the nature of the case or the respondent’s identity.
The development comes after the group faced online harassment in recent weeks, including controversial remarks from social media personality Christian “Xian” Gaza, who was criticized for posting sexually suggestive comments about one of BINI’s members.
BINI, known for hits such as Pantropiko, Salamin Salamin, and Cherry on Top, has yet to issue an official statement on the case.
