In a press briefing with the Philippine media delegation on Wednesday, Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro revealed that there is no record yet of Duterte’s travel authority with the Office of the Executive Secretary.
“At this time, we do not have any information. We have called the Office of the Executive Secretary based on our knowledge and the information provided. The latest travel authority granted to her is from July 5 to July 28,” she said.
During this period, the Vice President traveled to the Netherlands and South Korea.
Castro also said there are reports that Duterte aims to travel to Kuwait on 8 August.
