Motorcycle owners get new plates under LTO’s ‘Operation Palit Plaka’

The Land Transportation Office-NCR conducts “Operation Palit Plaka” at its regional office in Quezon City, inspecting motorcycles still using MV file numbers as plates. Eligible owners were issued their assigned license plates on the spot, in line with the directive of LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor D. Mendoza II requiring all motorcycles to have official plates installed by October 2025.
