Actress clears the air on speculations linking Janella Salvador to her past relationship.

At the GMA Gala 2025, Klea Pineda finally addressed the long-running rumor that actress Janella Salvador was the reason behind her breakup with ex-partner Katrice Kierulf.

In an exclusive interview with GMA News, Klea firmly shut down the speculation:
“Walang third party na nangyari,” she declared. “Sinasabi ko mismo sa inyo.”

The actress explained that her closeness with Janella stemmed purely from working together on the film Open Endings, which also stars Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Leanne Mamonong.

“‘Yung closeness namin ni Janella, inevitable kasi magkasama kami sa film,” Klea explained, adding that the four of them naturally formed a tight bond during production.

To those still fanning the flames of controversy, Klea had a final word:
“The third party issue — come on, guys, tama na.”

With this, Klea hopes to finally put the rumors to rest and shift the focus back to her work and upcoming projects.
