True to its mission of championing people development, the PMAP Career Fair went beyond job placement. Career talks were held on topics such as building personal brands for professional impact, the importance of hard and soft skills, understanding labor laws, and investing in TechVoc skills. Moreover, TESDA set up a booth to assist jobseekers on their training needs and refer them to free training sessions — empowering jobseekers with the tools they need to become more competitive and confident in today’s evolving workforce.
