HVI, 2 others nabbed in Pampanga for ₱544K drugs

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – A high value individual (HVI) and two other suspects were arrested while P544,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized during a buy-bust operation at Barangay Maimpis of this city on the evening of 27 2025.

According to the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO), the joint operatives of the San Fernando City Police Station’s, Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and the PDEA Regional Office 3 arrested the three suspects who were in possession of approximately 80 grams of suspected shabu.

The PPPO identified the suspects as 48-year-old Kutil, a pedicab driver and resident of Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando; 48-year-old Jomar, a jobless; and 36-year-old Otep, a freelancer.

Confiscated from the suspects were more or less 80 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P544,000.00. All suspects and recovered evidence were brought to San Fernando CPS, and appropriate charges for violation of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are being prepared for filing.
