Floodwaters in several parts of Metro Manila have subsided, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), but some roads remain passable only to certain types of vehicles.
In Manila City, flooding has subsided along Recto Benavidez, España Lacson (both westbound and eastbound), Rizal Avenue Fugoso, Rizal Avenue Aurora, V. Mapa intersection, the Esplanade tunnel going to Intramuros, and Ayala Boulevard Natividad.
Several Manila intersections remain passable to all vehicle types despite gutter-deep flooding, including the Taft-UN Avenue intersection, Roxas Boulevard Kalaw Service Road, Roxas Boulevard UN Avenue northbound, and Kalaw-Tafts Avenue.
In Navotas City, floodwaters have subsided at the C3 corner R10 area. Similarly, Alabang-Zapote Road in Pamplona, Las Piñas City has seen subsiding flood levels.
Malabon City continues to experience knee-deep flooding near Rizal Avenue Extension by the Malabon City Hall, which remains not passable to all vehicles. Meanwhile, M. H. Del Pilar in Maysilo has half knee-deep flooding but is passable to all types of vehicles. Flooding has subsided near M. H. Del Pilar and Gov. Pascual.
Floodwaters have also subsided along Gatchalian Evacom and Canaynay Road in Parañaque City, and along Diokno Boulevard Senate and Andrews Avenue in Pasay City. EDSA Heritage in Pasay remains passable with gutter-deep flooding.
In Mandaluyong City, flooding has subsided at the EDSA Shaw tunnel northbound and southbound.
