Rescuers from the MDRRMO, BFAR Masinloc, and Coast Guard Candelaria respond to the rescue of a gray dolphin stranded along the shore of Barangay Panayonan, Candelaria, Zambales on 18 July 2025. The marine mammal is now under rehabilitation and observation at BFAR Masinloc and will be released once fully recovered.
