Police arrested four suspected drug personalities in two separate buy-bust operations this week in Caloocan City and Malabon City, seizing an estimated P1.4 million worth of suspected shabu.
In Caloocan City, authorities recovered approximately 205 grams of suspected shabu valued at P1.4 million from two suspects. Police identified them only as “Amo” and his 19-year-old associate.
The buy-bust operation took place in Barangay 188 in Tala, Caloocan. The confiscated drugs included two knot-tied plastic sachets each weighing at least 100 grams, and a smaller sachet containing five grams that was part of the transaction.
Lt. Restie Mables of the Caloocan City Police said that neither suspect had a prior criminal record.
Over at Malabon City, an anti-drug operation led by the Northern Police District’s Drug Enforcement Unit early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of two suspected drug pushers.
The suspects were identified as alias “Francis” and alias “RJ.” The drug sting was conducted along Roque Street in Barangay Tugatog. Police seized approximately 15 grams of suspected shabu, valued at P102,000 from the suspects.
