The final wave of qualifiers for the GameZone Tablegame Champions Cup (GTCC): Summer Showdown wrapped up on 25 May, with online Tongits players battling for the remaining spots in one of the country’s biggest competitive table game events.
With 135 contenders already in the mix, the last batch of hopefuls competed from 23-25 May in an online qualifying round, marking the final opportunity to secure a seat in the tournament’s main event. The top 10 performers from the final week will be announced on 27 May, completing the tournament lineup.
The GTCC: Summer Showdown boasts a total prize pool of P10 million, with the Tongits grand champion set to take home P5 million. The tournament is expected to draw intense competition as it enters its climax in June.
