Public joins DA’s salu-salo for KADIWA rice tasting
On Thursday, 15 May 2025, Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel led a “salu-salo” at the Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Animal Industry compound along Visayas Avenue in Quezon City. The event allowed consumers, journalists, and DA employees to sample NFA rice sold at KADIWA centers.
The simple gathering was held in line with the Benteng Bigas Meron (BBM) program at KADIWA centers.
