Central Luzon no place for corrupt cops

SAN FERNANDO CITY, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has successfully resolved a total of 146 cases of corruption in the police ranks from 1 April 2024 to 28 April 2025.

The statement was issued on Saturday, citing that this is part of the PNP’s intensified campaign against corrupt members of the organization.

According to the data, the cases resolved are mostly administrative complaints, including grave misconduct, serious neglect of duty, and conduct unbecoming of a police officer.

According to PRO3 Regional Director PB/Gen. Jean S. Fajardo said the PRO3 continues to push for the internal cleansing program in its ranks, in line with the directive of PNP Chief Police General Rommel Francisco D. Marbil.

The PRO3 urged the public to continue to collaborate with the authorities and immediately report any irregularities or corruption in their community.

The PRO3 has assure the continuous investigation and immediate actions on all the complaints submitted to them to ensure a high standard of trust by the public to the Central Luzon police.
