CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — This Freeport zone served as the venue for the 2025 Real Estate and Housing Expo held on 22 April 2025, as part of the Central and North Luzon Regional Housing Conference running from 22 to 26 April.
Organized by the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA), in partnership with the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), the event aimed to provide employees and locators with firsthand information on real estate opportunities both within and outside the region. It served as a platform to help participants plan and acquire future homes and property investments.
Keynote speakers included CREBA vice president for International Affairs Alejandro Manalac and CREBA Clark International Chapter (CREBA-CIC) president Engr. Mario “Jun” Alzona Jr.
Presentations were delivered by leading companies and institutions including Filinvest, Asialink, BESCO, Hausland, Boysen, Borland, Easy Gas, Megapines, Pampanga Technopark, the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), and the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF or Pag-IBIG Fund).
The expo catered to individuals seeking homes or investment properties, offering free seminars on home ownership and financing, as well as raffles, discounts, and property auctions. Admission to the event was free.
