When asked directly if Maris was ever his girlfriend, Iñigo didn’t flinch. “Mayroon kaming pagkakaintindihan ni Maris noon na sa amin lamang,” he admitted. “Hindi man ’yun nabigyan ng label pero mayroon kaming pagkakaintindihan.”

While his answer didn’t confirm a traditional relationship, it acknowledged a meaningful connection—something deeper than friendship, but never officially defined.

Now 26, Iñigo also spoke about his current priorities. “Ngayon, walang nagmamay-ari ng puso ko kundi ang mama, papa, at lolo ko,” he said, highlighting the importance of family in his life. He confirmed that he is single and not actively looking for a relationship at the moment.

“Wala akong hinahanap. Kung darating, darating. Pero ngayon, mas gusto ko munang mag-grow at mag-focus sa trabaho ko,” he explained, adding that he feels like he’s going through his “quarter life crisis” a little earlier than expected.
