Life is too short to miss out on delicious food by celebrity chef Jereme Leung, who has returned to the Conrad Manila’s award-winning restaurant, China Blue, to present an exclusive multi-course set menu from 22 to 30 April.
If your taste buds are craving a bougie adventure, here’s your sign to book that table where the Manila Bay sunset casts captivating colors, gracing every corner of the luxury hotel with a serene and enchanting glow.
Let’s talk flavors as deliciousness is delivered straight to your table, starting with the suckling pig stuffed with black glutinous rice and salted egg, deep-fried sea cucumber and shrimp with taro in a spicy hawthorn sauce, and a crispy tube filled with marinated dehydrated vegetables, century egg and porcini mushroom sauce. Texture, flavor and flair? Check, check and check.
Then comes the soup — a slow-boiled yellow croaker broth that’s deeply comforting, packed with water bamboo shoot and black fungus for that rich, earthy bite.

For the mains, prepare to be spoiled. Chef knows how to please everyone’s palate.
A steamed spinach egg custard topped with a seared US scallop and a dry scallop-pickled ginger sauce is served after a slow-cooked duck leg coated in dark sweet soy with a hint of pickled olive.
The poached flat noodles with fresh crab meat, aromatic shallots and a spring onion sauce that unifies everything come just when you think it can’t be much better.
What about dessert? A fanciful chocolate tree served with pandan sponge and raspberry ice cream is a real show-stopper. Sweet, refreshing and Instagram-worthy.
