In a grand celebration that blended cutting-edge innovation with global ambition, TCL, the global electronics powerhouse, marked its 25th anniversary in the Philippines with a bold new direction: unveiling a new lineup of industry-defining products and announcing its official partnership with the Olympics through 2032.

Held in Manila with glitz, fanfare, and an immersive showcase of next-generation technology, the event reaffirmed TCL’s reputation not only as a brand that listens to customers but also as a pioneering force setting the standard for modern living.

“We are not a follower, but a trailblazer,” declared Peter Chen, CEO of TCL Industries, as he shared the company’s bold vision for the future.

With a 211% year-on-year increase in washing machine sales and a staggering 279% jump in refrigerator sales, the company’s growing presence in Filipino households is a testament to its commitment to delivering what customers truly need.

The spotlight was on TCL’s groundbreaking QD-Mini LED TV lineup. Boasting peak brightness of 6,500 nits, a 65,000,000:1 ultra-high contrast ratio, and stunning color powered by Quantum Dot technology, the X11K brings cinema-level immersion into the living room. Audio by Bang & Olufsen completes the experience, delivering premium sound to match the picture.

“QD-Mini LED is the premium champagne of Mini LED technology,” Huang said. “This is the best solution for big screens, and TCL is the only truly vertically integrated Mini LED brand in the world.”

Announced by Bert Cheung, Deputy Product Director for Air Conditioners, the TCL FreshIN 3.0 air conditioner is designed for health and comfort. Featuring a Liftable Fresh Air Inlet and QuadruPuri Filters, it delivers precisely controlled, purified air while operating as quietly as 16dB — perfect for restful sleep.

With innovations like Stable Temperature Fresh Air and Odor & Humidity Optimization, TCL’s FreshIN 3.0 is more than just an air conditioner — it’s a wellness solution for every home.

TCL washing machines and refrigerator: Smart, powerful, efficient

Eric Li, Senior Product Manager of Washing Machine and Refrigerator, introduced TCL’s Direct Drive+ P660 washing machine, which combines Jet Spray Wash, Rainfinity Wash, and Magic 8-Fold Flow for efficient, deep cleaning while saving 40% on energy.

On the cooling front, TCL’s newest refrigerators feature bottom heat dissipation, T-Fresh sterilization (99.9%), and the versatile T-Temp drawer that supports three customizable temperature settings. With seamless built-in integration, expanded capacity, and odor-filtering technology, the new refrigerators are built to preserve freshness and fit effortlessly into any kitchen.

From co-viewing to the world stage

TCL’s dominance in the TV industry continues to grow, recently being named the Global Top 1 Google TV Brand. But its aspirations go beyond screens and into global sports.

At the anniversary event, TCL announced its official long-term Worldwide Olympic Partnership through 2032, a powerful move that aligns the brand with the world’s most prestigious sporting event.

“We are thrilled to share our values of excellence, inspiration, and innovation with the Olympic movement,” said Chen.

To celebrate this historic alliance, TCL introduced its newest brand ambassadors — Olympic pole vault finalist EJ Obiena and celebrities Rhian Ramos and Valeen Montenegro — representing a new generation of Filipinos inspired by greatness.
