Alex Eala's round of 32 match against Anouk Koevermans of The Netherlands in the Oeiras Ladies Open in Portugal was postponed due to heavy rainfall.
The 19-year-old Eala already clinched the first set, 6-3, with Koevermans leading in the second set, 2-3 when it rained at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor.
After the rain cleared, both netters continued playing with the Dutch tennis player leading 4-2.
But it rained for second time, causing the tennis court to be flooded and the match postponed for a later date.
Eala entered the Oeiras Ladies Open as the No. 1 seed.
