Benjie Paras denied with seeming vehemence that his son Kobe Paras and Kyline Alcantara are no longer a couple.
"Sila pa rin (They are still together),” Paras said in a viber interview with an online writer.
Paras said he was even with the couple drinking a night before the online interview.
But a source exclusively told this writer that the young couple has indeed broken up.
They can’t make public about their separation because of their endorsements together.
“May endorsements together kasi. knows mo na ang drill (They have endorsement together, you know the drill),” said our source.
When we asked who initiated the breakup and what caused it, the source said: “si Kyline. 3rd party.”
Interestingly, Alcantara sang Phil Collins’ “You’ll Be In My Heart” on her Instagram account with this caption: “Here’s for you little Kyline. You’ll Be In My Heart. Hang in there, we’ve achieved some of the things we are only dreaming of. I will take care of you.”
The feeling is mutual.
That, in essence, is what the now-famous young doctor from Cabanatuan, Kenneth Hizon, is trying to convey in his exclusive interview with TV5 recently.
“Actually, nakakatuwa, nakaka-overwhelmed being a private person,” came Hizon’s initial reaction upon learning the viral Pilipinas Got Talent video banter where Kathryn Bernardo said she had a crush on a guy named Kenneth while they were in grade two.
Hizon disclosed he learned about the viral video of Bernardo during his duty when his friends tagged him the PGT video.
He remembered being classmate with Bernardo since nursery at Christian Faith Montessori and they moved to Flowerlane but he could not recall if they were classmates in grade one or grade two.
At first, he wasn’t sure he was the Kenneth Bernardo was referring to as there might be another Kenneth in their school.
Hizon remembers Bernardo as a jolly person, describing her as “bright kid and beautiful.”
In the end, Hizon also admits having crush on Bernardo.
“To be honest, siya rin ‘yung una kong naging crush (She is also my first crush),” Hizon unabashedly revealed.
Among the qualities he liked about Bernardo is her beauty and her being a bright girl.
Seeing the mid-season trailer of Incognito, Maris Racal could only heave a sigh of relief.
With the taping in Japan amidst the challenging weather condition, Racal could only recall the sacrifices that entailed during the taping.
“While watching the trailer, the times the we shot them, we don’t know... every day the intensity of action stunts is increased, the changing weather that we always ask, can we still do it? But every day, when you are watching, the tiredness and everything is all worth it,” she said in Filipino. Racal plays Gav Rivera in the series.
At one point during the media conference for the mid-season of the show, Racal was made to speak with a Hiligaynon accent which she impeccably did.
“When shooting teleseryes, there’s so much surprises you get first thing in the morning. Going to the set, I was already nervous, the director came in and said, ‘You’re Ilonggo here,’” she recalled in her scene with Joel Torre who plays her father in the series.
Racal was thankful that she came from the Visayas region and she really speaks the Hiligaynon language.
