Villaraza & Angangco (“V&A Law”) celebrated its 45th anniversary with the inaugural Pancho Villaraza Cup, a golf tournament honoring the firm’s late founder, F. Arthur “Pancho” L. Villaraza.

The tournament, held at the Wack Wack Golf & Country Club, brought together clients, colleagues and friends of the firm for a day of competition and celebration.

Artie L. Villaraza, brother of the late Pancho Villaraza, V&A Law chairperson and CEO Raoul R. Angangco, and V&A Law Senior Partner Bienvenido I. Somera Jr. led the ceremonial tee-off.

House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and Deputy House Speaker David Suarez attended the lunch and awarding ceremony, along with former Philippine Ambassador to India and Nepal Ramon “Dondon” Bagatsing S. Jr.

The Pancho Villaraza Cup follows other 45th-anniversary initiatives, including a regional conference, blood drive, orphanage outreach program, and bowling tournament. Upcoming events include client dinners and the firm’s annual sportsfest.
