A 15-page arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against former President Rodrigo Duterte was reportedly filed on Monday, 10 March, and received by INTERPOL Manila on Tuesday, 11 March.

Duterte arrived in Manila at approximately 9:20 AM on Monday, landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 from Hong Kong.

Upon his arrival, INTERPOL operatives presented Duterte with an official notification from the Prosecutor General of the ICC, detailing an arrest warrant for crimes against humanity related to extrajudicial killings during his administration's controversial war on drugs.
