For 12 radiant years, Solaire has stood as a beacon of luxury, indulgence, and world-class hospitality.

Now, as it celebrates its 12th anniversary, the resort raises the bar yet again — bringing together an extraordinary lineup of Michelin-starred chefs, master mixologists, and beverage artisans for an unparalleled gastronomic and sensory experience.

From 15 to 17 March, Solaire transforms into a stage where the world’s finest culinary minds and drink connoisseurs converge.

This is not just a milestone; it is a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and the art of living well.

At Waterside, Chef Sun Kim, the culinary force behind Singapore’s two-Michelin-starred Meta, will present a menu that blends Korean heritage with European and Japanese techniques.

His plates tell stories of tradition meeting modernity, each dish a symphony of textures and flavors that transcend borders.

Over at Finestra, the spotlight turns to Chef Heinz Beck, the legendary three-Michelin-starred chef of La Pergola in Rome.

Known as the Maestro of Modern Italian Cuisine, he will craft a menu that is both a homage to Italy’s rich culinary traditions and a vision of its future.

Expect meticulously plated creations where artistry and technique converge in every bite.

Meanwhile, at Yakumi, Japan’s revered Chef Jun Yukimura — the man behind Tokyo’s three-Michelin-starred Yukimura — will present an exclusive kaiseki dining experience, an elegant eight- to nine-course journey through the delicate and refined world of Japanese haute cuisine, perfectly paired with exquisite sake selections.

Beyond the kitchen, Solaire’s anniversary celebration extends into the realm of liquid craftsmanship, with world-renowned beverage experts offering one-of-a-kind tasting experiences.

At Waterside, He Jia, a National Tea Master and Tea Art Judge, will guide guests through an immersive tea ceremony, where every cup is a meditation on balance, aroma, and centuries-old tradition.

For whisky aficionados, Craig Swindell of The Dalmore brings the depth and complexity of one of Scotland’s most prestigious single malts, sharing rare selections and insights into the artistry behind every cask.

And for cocktail lovers, Shingo Gokan, one of the world’s most celebrated mixologists, will shake up expectations with a showcase of innovative, globally inspired cocktails, blending diverse influences into every glass.
